RULE CHANGE PEASE READ
It appears there is some confusion with regard to how the rough should be
played on the courses we play. Players that I have seen, in my travels around the
course, either have been dropping the ball from the knee which has been the
correct method or bumping the ball with the head of their club.
The new rule will be to “BUMP IT” only in the rough with your club head. Meaning
you can no longer touch a ball in the rough other than to identify it (if needed).
Hopefully this will correct players not playing by the same rules.
