EADE WINS BACK TO BACK

That is correct because not only did Dave Eade win the just completed
shootout he also won the May Shootout making him just the third
player to do so. For those of you that may not know David that well he
is a great supporter of our game and one of the finest people you will
ever meet. David deserves the back to back wins and his upbeat
personality, I am sure, had something to do with his cool approach to
the game we all play or played.

Due to an extremely hot summer and the threat of rain almost every
day we had the lowest payout in the 28 year history of Points Chases.
Gone are the days where players had the funds to play also is a factor.
Due in no small part to our political situation the past four years and
out of control prices on everything money has become less for things
like golf. I have contacts at several area courses and they are all
seeing a downward trend in play at their courses. This being said we
need to help try and build our game back to 20 plus players on Fridays
and 40 plus players on Saturdays. These numbers would get us back
somewhat to the days when we would have a shootout that would pay
out over $8000. Talk your game up with your friends and get then to
come out and enjoy what you are enjoying right now.
Remember, you and your new player both receive sign up points and
on Bonus Points Days you get double sign up points.
