TALK ABOUT GOOD LUCK GOING BAD!!

Fellow golfer Dennis Kempf realized just that on this past Saturday when he
came to the eighth hole at Eagle Dunes. Dennis had made a Hole-In-One on that
hole just about 18 months ago. Problem was that Dennis was playing in only his
second play in the current Points Chase. Per the rules a player must have
completed play in the current Points Chase 3 times to be eligible for the $200
payout for a HIO.

Now, let’s get to Saturday past. Dennis gets to the eighth hole and you guessed
it makes a Hole-In-One. Need I say more? He was playing in his second round of
this Chase making him not eligible again. Talk about bad luck along with good
luck. Of course the money would have been spent but the memories will last
forever!! Congratulations Dennis on one of your several HIO’s.
